  : Disrespect for the customer. We arrived and needed to rest and when lying on the bed it was broken. I got in touch with those responsible and they didn't solve the situation and they even said that it was us who broke it. Total disrespect. We didn't stay in the place and I'm still waiting for them to return the payment

  : Numbers are hard to read on the doors and the trash cans were blocking a board to take pictures. Also the vegetation needs to be trimmed

  : Not much. Quirkey but nice.
  : For 2 seniors we found booking the reservation very difficult. Too many issues. It took us nearly 2 days to complete the necessary (required paper work). We thought most of this could have been avoided. The young lady who took care of the reservation was very understanding and helped us thru. The room given to us was so small, really for only one person could navigate this room. Difficulty with internet service connection. Had to request toilet tissue.

  : have stayed in this property any times prior to it being part of its current owner portfolio. I like the location and the quiet area
  : the property is totally unstaffed , except a housekeeper between 8-2. the front security entrance door which is supposed to be opened using a code sent to my phone was permanently unlocked and an non-secure. this is a concern. also the door to the room wasnt exactly comforting in terms of how secure it was. The room was OK- just. a bit shabby and run down but OK. The TV and aircon remotes needed new batteries ( which werent forthcoming ).The pool is so dirty that is unusable and the grounds have been left to decay .all told a disappointing end to a once fantastic guest house . I wont be back so long as it remains under its current owners , who obviously sure no care or concern as to guest experience or in terms of the proper running ( down ) of a venue.
