  : The staff were great. From the individuals that man the desk to the team that does the room cleaning. The value for the room was great. I paid much less than I would have if I had chosen one of the higher end hotels. I did not have unreasonable expectations. The bed, room and bathroom were clean and once the AC had ran all day it finally cooled the room. (We just kept it turned all the way up).
  : The rooms need AC updates BAD. They make funny sounds, the face plate of the panel on ours kept falling off. The staff (again so great) had to move us from our original room to another just like it, because the refrigerator did not work. Then two days later the Jacuzzi tub (the reason we choose to book that room) required the gentleman at the desk to manually bleed out air from the lines. My husband and he were able to get it working again. The bed was a bit hard but that's more preference than anything. I suggest bringing your own pillow, the ones we had didn't have much support in my opinion.

  : Very upset with breakfast situation and very unhappy with deposit situation but know better now. I am not stupid however, or naive, so will be well prepared for my next stay in Fort Collins. It just won't be at American.

  : I did not get the room that I reserved. I was moved from a king with a jacuzzi tub to a queen double for the same price. Staff was rude. Rooms were not very clean. Only had 2 towels with knowledge of 4 adults being in the room. Pool was out of service.

  : Staff was awful. Rude. Literally walked (rode. Because disability) in. Front desk attendant did even look at me, . " Check in is not for 12 minutes!" Can you please check my reservation as I requested certain amenities like a handicap shower, with a chair?Her: We don't have that here.. Well here is a picture from the website at this location.Her: ..... You didn't reserve that room, we have the room but it's not what you reserved. I won't continue the rest of that conversation, you get the point. Mind you this is just before 3 p.m. There are probably another 6 other people wanting to check in. And she says "sorry, shift change."P.S. after I made the online reservation, I called them and spoke to a guy who said he would pass along the note.
