  : My recent stay at Hotel OMEO Suites was unfortunately a disappointing experience across multiple fronts. Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that the air conditioning in my room was not working. When I brought this issue to the attention of the hotel staff, I was met with indifference and a suggestion to simply open the windows, which was not a solution given the weather conditions. The lack of apology or effort to resolve the issue was highly unprofessional.Secondly, the cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival, as there were visible signs of dirt and grime throughout. This made for a very uncomfortable stay.Thirdly, the hotel advertises breakfast as part of its amenities, but this turned out to be misleading. The so-called "breakfast" consisted solely of pancakes, which is not a sufficient or accurate representation of a meal. Guests should be informed truthfully about what is provided.Lastly, basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were not provided in the room. The staff's explanation that these were the same as hand soap was nonsensical and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail and guest needs reflects poorly on the hotel's management.Overall, my experience at Hotel OMEO Suites was marked by disappointment and frustration. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this establishment until improvements are made in both the quality of service and hospitality. Such lapses in basic amenities and guest care are unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
