  : I really enjoy this little place. It is comfortable and secluded even though it is surrounded by other rentals. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay including a wonderful hot tub. Amenities are few, but really not needed or missed. We look forward to our next stay. Thanks to the owner's for sharing this little jewel!
  : Hot tub appeared somewhat dirty, sand inside with film around edge. Could have been cleaner, but sand is understandable given the location. Would have used the dishwasher, but no detergent and would not complete the cycle, just kept running. One neighbor at the end of the road where the access to the ocean and dunes does not appear to care much for visitors or the vacation rentals. Cranky, too bad...

  : All beds and furniture in living room were extremely uncomfortable. Living room hide-a- bed was worn and the back kept moving when sitting on it. All of us had backaches after the first night. There is a BBQ grill and we were told there wasn't. No hottub but picture and listing said there was. Early check-in was denied for no reason, the house was ready when we went by at noon. 3 small rolls of toilet paper for 6 days and 3 people was not enough. 3 coffee filters was not enough-we left what we had to buy.

  : Nice cute and quiet place. Way better than staying in a hotel.
  : The steps up and down but that's just how the building was made and the bed was really tall.

  : It is a nice location and the cottage has some old fashioned charm
  : The main problem was that the well pump wasnt working properly so we did not have running water and had to leave. However, the furniture is very worn and uncomfortable and the kitchen is poorly stocked

  : I liked the location. I liked that it was far enough from the crowds. The house was well furnished and my family fit well. The proximity to the ocean was enough where you could hear the waves from the outside.
  : Washer was not usable as it had mold inside. The hottub was out of order.

  : The location was great, quiet and restful. I liked that it had the sunroom with futon bed for our teenager. The wifi worked well for the two days of distance learning our teenager had to do as well. Loved the fenced area for pets in back.
  : The oven doesn't work. The refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived. But, the next morning, when the toaster oven didn't work, we realized the GFI had been tripped. The refrigerator worked well after that. Everything was dated, but kept very clean. Really would have liked the hot tub working, but it is what it is with Covid19.
