  : Superb location, very cool looking hamlet
  : On the night of our arrival, we discovered there had been a leak due to a storm and that one of the beds were wet. It was late, but we messaged through the app expecting a response in the morning. Nothing happened so we messaged again late afternoon and Maria came to give some bedding. We also mentioned that we needed Internet as we were working but was told its mountain Internet so we shouldn't expect city speeds.. fair enough, however we couldn't even load the local weather it was that poor. We had to work on the Thursday and Friday and this caused us some serious problems so if you need Internet, avoid..On the 3rd day, we had the same problem with the leak, we reported it and not even a response this time. Booking.com also failed to act stating the property is responsible and not them. So before writing this review I asked the property if they would be willing to offer any compensation for the hassle to which they offered a free night. I accepted this compensation believing they would refund 1 night for the inconvenience, after all, what use is a free night somewhere 200km away from where I live when I'd need to pay to hire a car, for the fuel and all other associated costs just to come for 1 night. When I explained the confusion, they told me they won't budge and only want to give a free night so hence the honest review after trying to find some compromise.
