  : The breakfast was okay. there was plenty of food put out. I liked the choices.
  : There was no soap in the room when I checked in. I did call the front desk and they told me to come down and get it. The remote did not work after I had to go get new batteries. The lady at the desk told me she would find someone to come fix it and she would call me back. She never called back and so I had to watch a channel I did not enjoy. Also when I asked for an early check-in, no one told me it would be thirty dollars more. I had been there before and asked for an early check-in and did not have to pay extra. Again, the girl did not explain, just gave me a take it or leave it attitude. I won't stay again.

  : Staff acted like they were bothered when I needed something. Room stank like moldy nastiness.. window leaked water and air..

  : Location and Pet friendly . The bed and sheets seemed to be clean.
  : The hotel smelled and looked clean but, our room #207 was not cleaned very well at all. It was musty smelling when we opened the door and the baseboards and carpet had so much dust. The bathroom tile was dirty and there was a dirty q-tip stuck on the tile.
