  : Superb breakfast. Clearly a modern well appointed hotel. However....
  : There was a loud noise in my room like being on a ship. I couldn't sleep and went to reception. The lady came up to look and agreed. She moved me to another room at 2am but it was the same! In the morning after little sleep I asked to see the manager. She came to the room but did not accept that there was any noise at all!! I've never experienced anything like this before. Also the bill was more than on the booking by a lot. I think this was the cost of the parking but there was no warning about this

  : In short, two big problems: Staff and Parking. Read more later in this message.Apart from above, I can say the hotel lost themselves in the Digitalization. One example is: To find the time of breakfast I found a paper, "What you need to know" at the back of the door. It said to find the time on TV. Turning the TV, I had to open up "Hotel Info" and SCAN A QR CODE. Then, in the opened website, I needed to navigate to a small tab to find the breakfast time. Then in that website it was 06:30 to 09:30 which was WRONG!!! Why should one do too many steps instead of just seeing the time on a paper in the room? Regarding Staff: Instead of guiding, I only heard "Scan QR code and it's written there." from them!!! The QR for parking location was wrong, but she did not tell me the address even the time I got back to her for the second time. Also, I did not receive any info about the breakfast time, place and other stuff except scan the QR code!!Regarding Parking: It was in a sandy ground named it parking, although there were three indoor parkings next to the hotel. I expected a better area.
