  : The location with the panoramic views from the oversized terrace was amazing. The room it self was beyond spacious and the bathroom luxurious!!! It all was above our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the windows was large and made for great views from any point in the room.
  : There was a few things lacking since the room gave such a big presentation. The bathroom door was broke and would not shut at all. This didnt allow the bathroom to hold heat at all during use. The bathroom amenities have switch to stationary pumps of unknown shampoos and soups instead of small options normally given. There was no ice bucket in the room and we had to ask for one to retrieve ice and the bucket given to us had rust inside of it so we had to scrub it ourselves before being able to actually use it. The terrace furniture had no cushions. Many of the online pictures were outdated or obviously staged since the hotel itself seemed a little lazy in effort to details over time especially for the price point.

  : Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent but same every morning. Beautiful view of golf course and area. Bed was comfortable.
  : No elevator. Rainhead shower and wand thing were not the best to take a shower with. Shower floor got VERY slippery. No place to put your own toiletries if you didn't want to use what was provided. Wand pulls for curtains not fastened to curtains well enough to keep working for long. Only had the duvet and no regular blanket. Very cold in common areas. One of chairs in breakfast area needed to be replaced. Poor desk people had to go somewhere to get water for the coffee maker any time he/she needed to make more. Need water hooked to coffee maker.

  : Nice, new, clean and good location for class reunion in Ford City.
  : I am hoping the person who designed the bathroom was able to find work after this project. While the basic room was good, the design of the bathroom was not done with old people in mind. No door on the bathroom, no shower curtain and the water from the shower splashed out onto the floor, and bathroom counter. The tub was difficult to get into and out of and the floor was very wet and slippery when wet. The contemporary design may have looked good on paper but did not turn out to be very practical or safe for older people. We would probably look elsewhere if we were to visit that area again.
