A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reception opening hours: - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. - Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Closed on Tuesday and Thursday.

Reception opening hours in winter:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00
- Wednesday and Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00
- Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00

Reception opening hours are subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival.

Rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Bed linen, Wifi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, e-mails reading and researches

For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person.

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
