Mariner's Cay Condos

Good

: The location was convenient for everything I wanted to do. The view was great. The pool area was enjoyable. All of the provided necessities were what we needed to cook and clean while there.
: There were some cracks and peeling paint on the walls. The sliding doors were difficult to open and close. The master bathroom sink was really slow. The bedding was lacking in the beds. The air was set cooler than I prefer and require us to wear extra layers and buy a blanket.

: Very comfortable set up. Temp was wonderful in the room. Close to everything without being in town. Pool was nice and relaxing.
: Entering the code at the gate. It prompts you for a 3 digit code but my code was 4 numbers and the #sign. Did not realize I needed to enter the #sign until I called. So the first time getting in the gate took about 20 minutes.

: The property had mold in several places. We notified the property manager so it could get repaired.

  : What breakfast ?
: Some understanding. Threatening me to call the police because I checked out 45 minutes late (10:45 am) is unacceptable.

: The location of the condo and the screened porch. Did not work.
: This property needs up upgrades in all the rooms except the hall bathroom. The kitchen is probably original. The backsplash was pulling away from the wall in many areas. The exhaust fan did not work. An amateur painted the condo at some point. Windows were clouded. Bedrooms smelled old and musty. Box fan in 2nd bedroom was so filthy it couldn’t be used. Box fan in master did not work. Exhaust fan in master bath did not work. No ceiling fans in any room.

: The complex was nice. The view was superb.
: Unit wasn’t ready. Housekeeping said there had been a problem. We were never told we had to go to the Vacasa office in town to pick up code and passes.Unit was in poor shape. Everything needs to be updated.

: The property was set up very nice. It looked to have had some recent renovations. The view was beautiful and relaxing. The proximity to the beach was a definite plus.
: Overall, I liked the property we stayed in. Upon walking in you could smell that the location had been cleaned. However, I am unsure of how thoroughly clean, as a pair of earrings were found under the pillow in the guest bedroom. Also, I felt a tad bit uncomfortable in the shower. I felt like the floor might fall from under me. It was obvious something was going on with the floor beneath the tub.
