: Convenient location and comfortable space. Everything needed was available, and the police/fire station literally surrounding the property added safety assurance. Matty,renting bikes at the entrance,was super nice and informative.
: Crab Shack across the road blaring screaming music and disgusting language very late really sucked. Internet was out 3 of 6 days. Upstairs tenets sounded like they were literally rebuilding the unit the last few days The property itself was very nice

: We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside down. Absolutely perfect location, the apartment is right in the heart of Center St but nestled quietly in the back. Just a quick walk down the block and you're at the beach. We can't wait to come back again.

: Location was excellent.
: The pictures make it look bigger then it is. Outside sitting/deck area is in need of pressure washing. The decking is moldy & very slippery, lawsuit waiting to happen. Only 2 forks in the kitchen. The toilet screams every time its flushed. You can hear the upstairs guests every step.

: The property was clean and the staff very responsive to our needs
: We have mixed emotions about the property. My husband is handicapped and everything fell on me. The location was not convenient to loading and unloading the car. In fact it made it quite difficult.
