  : I have to write a bad review. It has been a long time since I met such an arrogant manager as in this hotel. In the morning I arrive for breakfast, I go to get fruit and I see raspberries and blackberries and other fruits completely rotten. So I ask the mamagere if it's okay and he replies that they were fresh in the morning and that it dried within 2 hours. Then the lady came and took the fruit away. Then she brought more dried fruit in a plastic box from the fridge and started picking them and putting them in the bowl as if it was fine. I'm sorry, but in Austria, they pretend to have 4 stars, so it's quite rude to present yourself like this when they don't even have basic equipment in the room, such as a refrigerator or a kettle for water and time. I was here last time! And for the arrogant manager to tell me that I am from the Czech Republic, what they are complaining about, that was insolence! if I didn't have paid accommodation, I would have packed up and left. The price of the room is 189 euros and such a crazy quality of service never again. there are a lot of other hotels in the area than this one where there are terrible flies and under the window you have crap and a stench. As if the horror staff would even allow this. Even though I found this out and didn't give it to my one-year-old son.
