: we booked the apartment for 7 night and we left after first onethe bed is extremely small, max 130 width. there is a fridge close to your head and the national road is 10 m from the door. the pictures are miss-driving you. I text message to the contact which was given to us in the morning, i called her 2 times, no answer so we left. I offered them a 50-50 deal which was rejected, so i paid 7 nights and stayed there only one. the beach in front of the apartment is full with plastic and trash

: Lovely apartment right on the beach. Beautiful bay. There are 3 very nice Tavernas on the doorstep and the Fodele Beach Hotel only 5 mins away, where we went to a wedding. Would stay again.
: Liked everything but would be glad of a mirror by wardrobe like the one in Studio 1.

: Clean room and friendly staff. Penelope makes you feel very welcomed. Immediate access to the beach is great.
: Main highway is only a few meters away. Big resort nearby is pretty loud at night. However, the apartment was quiet with doors closed. Easier to fix: apartment was missing a few essential items: kitchen bin, shower soap, oven-friendly dish.

: Right on the beach which is great! Also easy to get into with a key box outside. Lovely hosts, kept checking to see if we needed anything, also left fruit & raki in the fridge (very much appreciated!) then brought a huge bag of fresh tomatoes & grapes from their garden the next day! Apartment is kept spotlessly clean & kitchen is well equipped! Friendly local taverna next door & little (touristy) shop just along the beach. Beach is great, sand & stone mix, you get some great waves & the opposite end of the bay is more sheltered for swimming (although it is part of an all inclusive resort) Nice jumping off point for trips around crete too.
: Firstly there are no bunk beds as listed! Communication is via an agent & despite several messages to see where the bed would be for our 3 year old, this was (apparently) not passed on to the host & there was no bed when we arrived. Difficult as we got there at 9pm & it is a very small hard double bed, made for a pretty uncomfortable night!! Also the room would be fine for a couple, with maybe a baby, but with a toddler (& the necessary camp bed) it was a bit cramped & not ideal. Finally, as the tide's do not travel so far here plastic pollution is concentrated & the beach is badly affected which is very sad to see. We did a lot of collecting..!!
