  : The location was great and the apartment was very large, with a full kitchen. The private terrace was small but very nice with views of the surrounding city/sites.
  : Stairs. It's up 6 flights and no elevator, so pack light. The WiFi didn't work for a couple days, but the hosts worked hard to get that fixed quickly. The water heater pilot light blew out, but we didn't realize this until the end, so that was a cold shower. If we'd alerted the hosts sooner, they could have fixed it for us.

  : I really liked the balcony in this apartment - the view was stunning and the bed was also really comfy. I also liked the way the host left a bottle of wine and glasses - I thought this was a really nice touch and goes a long way. I also thought the location was great - very central in the middle of everything and perfect to explore Florence.
  : Cons - That you have to climb about 7 flights of stairs to get to the property so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a struggle as there is no lift. The other thing I would say is that the shower is very small and the water was never hot, it was always luke warm or cold. Also, the bedroom area was a lot smaller than it looked on the pictures and I would say the overall apartment was a lot smaller than on the pictures. Having said this, the size was fine for us but if youre going off the pictures posted its definitely smaller!

  : The bed was super comfortable & the Air Conditioner worked well in the bedroom..
  : Jesus.....the stairs. Omg. After hauling the baggage up flight after flight after flight, we could barely breathe. My husband didn't speak to me for a full day after that! He was so angry about what I had booked. Yikes! (They dont give you specifics until the day before arrival). So all the grand plans of cooking breakfast or meals to enjoy on the balcony ended before they began....as soon as we realised we'd have to haul groceries up, we realised it wasn't going to happen. And the whole reason we picked this place, was for that. Ugh, We're not old. We're in our 40s, but we found it really really rough. We stayed out all day rather than go up and down those god forsaken stairs. (We could only muster it once per day) There was no lounge area, and the A/C is only in the bedroom (although it worked well). It left the kitchen extremely warm. So we spent all time at the apartment holed up in one room. If you have mobility issues, or are not a marathon runner, I'd think twice about this one.

  : The place is in a perfect location, 1 minute from the river, and ~3 minutes from the center. The balcony gives a beautiful view over a side of the city and beyond. The property was found clean and the owner was also nice to leave a bottle of wine on the table as a gift (although I don't drink, it's a nice plus). The bedroom is spacious and it was found nicely tidied up. Overall I had truly loved Florence and I would recommend this apartment. Thank you :)
  : The place was smaller than I expected, and it is on the very last floor (about 6 or 7), there's no lift available, therefore it can be quite tiring to get there everytime you get in and out. The bathroom is very small, but it's enough for what it's needed. Being in the center, it's only reasonable that it can be quite noisy around.
