  : Excellent location, simple room but good bed, quiet place
  : very little service, a coffee machine but no capsule except the 1st day !!, bathroom ok but with the minimum facilities, average maintenance (curtains did not close properly)

  : This was a serviced room in the perfect location to visit Florence. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was very good. Most evenings when returning from our day out, on opening the balcony door we could hear people in the street singing opera at a high standard. This is not an hotel but suited us and overall we had a lovely time.N.B. You do need to take your own shower gels/shampoo and coffee pods as these were not replaced each day.
  : The air conditioning didn't work for 3 of our nights and had an error code. Each time I mentioned it to someone on the front desk they tried to fix it. On the fourth night we couldn't work out how to turn it down. Our room was 24 degrees which was uncomfortable at night. If I were to visit again I would ensure that someone came to mend it straight away and show us how to use it. In the summer it would be unpleasant. As we had to leave the balcony doors open to be able to sleep I was bitten by mosquitos more than a dozen times!

Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : The Good things were the location in the centre of old Florence. Ten minutes walk to train station . On third floor with lift. Reckon Room 4 was the best. Two windows opening onto Statue of Justice square, with buskers playing in the evening. Double glazed and quiet at night. Rooms well serviced every day.
  : The Bad thing was the GHOST management, which leaves self- check in details till the last 12 hours. Impossible when travelling, no wifi and flat phone battery. Note they have already banked your money. We were two of these victims at 9 pm, only saved by wonderful artist Marie, who lived in the building and managed to get access for us.NOTE the emergency number they give you does not work between 5 pm and 10 am ??!! During out stay there, we had to let in two other couples, with exactly the same problem in the evening.Lastly we were without power overnight in our room , on our third night. Guess what, emergency number not operatingyet again.
