  : The host was super nice and kind. The apartment location is perfect for visiting Florence in one or two days.
  : The pillows were not very comfortable because they were kind of high for us.

  : The location was excellent - close to the main centre but not to congested an area. The room was a good size with aircon and good bathroom facilities.
  : The room doesn't match the photos and needs redecorating - for example, the wardrobe door handles were hanging off. I believe there should have been tea and coffee-making facilities, but there weren't - not even glasses for water. There was a tiny communal kitchen which we weren't told about, but discovered, and there was a kettle and fridge and some cups. There were wires dangling from the ceiling which looked potentially dangerous.

  : Staff was rude and absolutely doesn't help anything.room was not the same as the pictures in booking.beds was awful we cant sleep all night.i dont want talk about kitchen it was terrible,old dirty.it was the worst 1 day in my italy trip.

  : This is a huge apartment and rooms are booked. All doors in the apartment open with one key, this is extremely unsafe. The toilet is at the end of the apartment, you have to walk 15 meters to get into it from your room, it is not very neat. The room is not clean, everything is shabby. There is no refrigerator in the room. Power outlets in inconvenient places not next to the bed, 1 nightstand per room, nowhere to put the phone before bed. The curtains don't close, it's light at night, the windows don't close tightly and it's very noisy at night. Incredibly poor quality for the price (110 euros). The area where the apartment is located is very dirty. Photos on booking is very different from the reality, kitchen is dirty an everything is dilapidated
