  : I have mixed feelings about this flat. There are very many positives. The rooms are large and spacious with a lot of air. Excellent wi-fi. Very convenient location, half-way between the city centre and the airport, both within 15 minutes by tram. Tram and bus stops, a supermarket - all within 5-minute walk. Last but not least, very good communication with the management team: several issues which we raised were addressed immediately.
  : However, there are also some problems. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, but there is no oven, only a hob (though an oven is in the flat description), which obviously limits what you can cook. The flat looks a bit dated. It was cleaned before our arrival; however, there was a lot of dust inside bedroom drawers, and the dish drainer in the kitchen was so dirty that we could not use it. There are very few sockets in the kitchen, which is not convenient. Water pressure in the shower is very low.

  : There were some issues with AC, they managed to fixed it in the end, but it took about 5 days.

  : The apartment is close to the centre, its about 26 minutes by foot and 10 minutes by tram. its also really spacious.
  : The shower door was broken, the AC wasnt good enough and the wifi was weak. the checkin was really rushed.

  : The host was nice but did not communicate very much although we asked some questions. He arrived on time at the location at least and was friendly.The apartment is very dated, looks like the only thing that was invested there was the cutlery and the air conditioning. The walls and doors had stains. The toilet is stained, the shower doors did not close properly. The apartment seemed like it was not cleaned before our arrival. We had only one small bottle of showering gel and one small bar soap for 4 people and a two days stay. The sofa was very uncomfortable and was squeaking at each move no matter how little.

  : Very close to a tram with easy access to city center. He host was very welcoming and easy to reach. Kitchen is well equipped.
  : Sadly, the appartement was mosquito ridden. We got out with dozens of bites. The shower had a door missing, filling the bathroom with water.
