  : This was an excellent option for our family of 4 (two adult children 19/21). Fantastic location, extremely clean (thank you Saffa our cleaner on level 3 who never stopped working all day). Lovely helpful team of staff. Excellent breakfast included. Exactly what you expect and a little bit more for a 3 star hotel, great value for money.

It's 5minutes from train station and a short walk to all the main attractionsDidn't need to use any public transport due to the great location of this hotel.Hotel located in a really lovely area of the city with loads of restaurants and bars nearby so you're spoilt for choice.Bedrooms are clean, spacious and bed is very comfortable. No issues with air-conditioningSmall but nice selection for breakfast. Staff very friendly
  : We showered in dirty water unaware there was an issue with the water system until we complained. Didn't realize something was wrong until the shower water in the shower tray turned brown.Also before my shower I brushed my teeth using the hot water tap so that was a very unpleasant feeling realising I had that filthy water in my mouth.To their credit, they did fix the issue as water wasn't brown later that night when I showered again.It is a noisy hotel. While the double windows block out a good bit of street noise, you can still hear it along with music from nearby bars. But the music doesn't go on too late. Only an issue if you're having an early night which we were due to a 6am train the next morning.

  : Location within walking distance to many sites. Breakfast included. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Let you store luggage for free if arriving or departing past the check out times. Also close to train station.
  : Breakfast options pretty limited. Room looked into inner smoking courtyard. Shower small, no shelf, and water temps kept changing.

  : clean room+ tasty breakfast with lots of options + very close to Firenze Duomo (5 minutes walk) + very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella (10 minutes walk)+ self service laundry within a 5 minutes walk from the hotel (we asked if they offer but they said no)
  : no change of towels for a 4 nights stay (although we did not ask at the reception, we assumed they are changed automatically not at request)- no bedside table on one side of the bed (room 107)

  : Room was very small. Just enough room to walk around the bed. Nowhere to put a suitcase. People were very loud in hallway at 3:00 in the morning.
