  : It’s a 7min walk from the train station, on a quieter street away from the crowds that gather around the station. The hotel decor was lovely and space in room was well proportioned.
  : I chose the hotel as it was on a quieter street. To my horror, I was told that there was a ‘Wednesday dance night’ each week. This is done in the open garden and our rooms faced the blasting music, which did not end till 10.30pm. Whilst rooms were well-decorated, the bathroom was not well maintained and there were long term dust bunnies in the ceiling and stains in the bathtub. Also, the swimming pool featured in the hotel’s photos ‘has not been built yet’. This is false advertising. Overall, the hotel did not live up to the standard I expect from an IHG hotel.

  : Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing, beds very comfortable and rooms clean. Outdoor area was beautiful loved it. The hotel restaurant food was superb so delish we tried a few different dishes all wonderful.
  : Rooms and bathrooms small, no hooks or shelves to hang clean clothes or towels in bathroom. Fan in bathroom didn't work so steam would fill room from showers.
