  : Well appointed with great access to the centre and to the train station. Three rooms of good size with onsuites, Well looked after and very clean. Great communication with hosts representative.
  : There was no social area beyond a small kitchen table (no lounge) not ideal for more than 4 adults. Showers needed the heads cleaning, not great if you wanted to be completely wet all at the same time. Minor matters not tondetract from a great stay

  : Maya who was responsible for our check in and it was an easy process. Checking out was very easy. Location of the property is the biggest plus point. Beds were comfortable, We enjoyed our stay.
  : We were six persons. Property is on the 1st floor and stairs are a bit steep and there is no elevator. Someone with mobility issue should avoid. One of the rooms is really small so is its bath and toilet. Kitchen was supplied with basic needs but was too small where 2 persons can barely stand. Dining area is also small so that 4 persons can somehow sit. That's why only 4 chairs are provided

  : Room at side street can hear loud sound, noise fromOutside. We hear truck transporting every morning 6am and hear people noise in the night until 1am.Shower for toilet is leaked. Its make water flood in there bathroom.

  : The location was great for central Florence and all the main sites were within a short walk. It was also easy to walk to the apartment from the tram stop that we got from the airport. The air conditioning was good and very welcome in July. Access was easy up one flight of stairs and the apartment felt safe and secure. Good price for such a central location.
  : We didn't realise it was on such a busy street (a nice street, but the noise at night was loud in the front main bedroom and also started very early in the morning). The kitchen is small and very basic with nowhere to sit other than in the bedrooms or at a small table in the kitchen. There is no sofa or lounge (we probably didn't read the layout thoroughly so our fault). The bathrooms could do with a little attention but were functional.
