: The room was excellent as well as the location, close enough to the city centre by walking but also in a nice area of Florence away from tourist crowds.The host was very accommodating, knowledgeable of the area and had some great suggestions, they kept a very nice and tidy apartment.The apartment facilities were very nice, with a well stocked mini bar, safe and lovely shower. Also the apartment was in a small gates courtyard away from the street which made us feel safe and also kept the noise levels low.

: Its was very comfortable and cozy room.very clean room with wonderful bathroom.Outside the apartment was a great garden where you can sit and enjoy your coffee.Very close to centre of Florence.And Mrs Claudia off course.She was answering directly to every question we have !Great person!

: The room was big and very clean, we had all the amenities we needed. There is a beautifil yard in front of our room, but because of the weatjer we couldn't spend too much time outside. The staff was nice, the location ok, abut 12-25 mins walk to the city center.
: We had some ants in the room, even if everything was really clean in the room.

: Great location, rooms are charming and so is the little courtyard. I was very grateful to the host who organised very kindly all kind things for me in Florence. Definitely recommend the place.
