: The location was excellent. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The elevator was so nice to have. Check in and out were quick and painless. They kept our bags for us until we were scheduled to leave Florence. A very nice bottle of bubbles was a great welcome! One of the best showers I've ever been in!
: The view wasn't as anticipated, since you had to actually stand out over the rooftop to see the Duomo. The pillows were the thinnest we'd seen in any hotel we've stayed in. The shower was amazing, but the spa/ bath portion did not work.

: The view was amazing. The place was very neat and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
: There were not enough towels or toilet paper for our stay. The dishwasher did not work and we were not notified. There was not even an option of offer to get the room cleaned. It was disappointing as that lowered the enjoyment of the place.
