  : Only mirror you could which was in the bathroom. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Air con unit in bedroom was faulty kept dripping water. Shower needed attention it kept slipping down. A bit cramped for 4 people never mind the 6 it is advertised for.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the condition of the apartment I rented from your establishment on [16/9] to [18/9]. It is with great regret that I must inform you of the unsatisfactory state in which I found the apartment upon my arrival.Upon entering the premises, I was immediately alarmed to discover a distressing level of cleanliness issues that marred the otherwise promising first impression. To provide a clear account, here are the key problems I encountered:1. **Presence of Spiders and Insects:** The apartment was infested with spiders and other insects, making it an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment for me and my guests. This posed a significant health and safety concern.2. **Spider Webs:** There were numerous spider webs throughout the apartment, further highlighting the lack of adequate cleaning and maintenance.3. **Stained Blankets:** The blankets provided were not only visibly stained but, most disturbingly, appeared to have urine stains. This is not only unhygienic but also deeply distressing to experience.As a paying customer, I expected a clean and well-maintained living space, and regrettably, this was far from the case. My stay was significantly affected by these conditions, and I feel that it is only reasonable to request some form of compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.I have attached photographic evidence of the issues mentioned above to support my claims.In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for one night of my stay. I believe this is a fair and just resolution considering the substandard conditions I encountered.I hope you understand the severity of this situation and are committed to maintaining the high standards that your establishment undoubtedly aspires to uphold.

  : Good location, walking distance to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio & other places of interest. Lots of restaurants close by. Comfortable bed.Good to have a lift.
  : The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived, the cleaners came the next morning to clean the bathroom again. There was no toaster in the house when the description says theres one. Kitchen is not equipped very well, not enough coffee cups, glasses, etc.
