  : Location brilliant to explore the city. Comfortable and clean. Air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge worked well which was much needed! Naveen met us promptly with the keys and was helpful showing us round the flat. Lift was great.
  : Noise from the bar a few doors away, although as we were only staying 3 nights it didn't bother us too much. Shower tiles could be cleaner and maybe place a mat in the shower as the floor was a bit slidy!

  : The flat is well located in Florence. It is straightforward to walk to places of interest. It includes 3 air conditioners, that are very useful during hot summer.
  : Several damaged items in the bathroom should be replaced.

  : Brilliant location and super clean apartment. Handy to have a lift.
  : A few things in the bathroom need attention - wobbly toilet seat, non sliding shower screen. The man who met us to give us the key was very friendly but far too busy - he was over an hour late meeting us and was difficult to contact on the phone. Sort these things out and this apartment would be absolutely fantastic!

  : Cleanliness, location, comfortable bed, warm. Extra bedding. Excellent WiFi. Good cooking facilities. Good double glazing.
  : Lack of kitchen utensils, not enough seating in lounge area, leaking radiator, washing machine leaked and didn't empty, shower missing door and needed new washers on fitments. Noisy bar outside.

  : The apartment is really good and very well located. It's exactly whats in the pictures. I totally recommend it for a stay at Firenze, but read the down sides and know what to expect.
  : The apartment it self deserves a 9 because of the quality, location and the comfort. But since its a property that started receiving guests, there are some things that need to be improved: 1. The communication with the host was a disaster. They don't answer emails, whatsapp messages, phone calls and even booking messages. You don't know anything about the check-in process. We contacted booking.com and even they had difficulties in contacting the hosts 2. The shower door needs to be repaired, doesn't close properly but its possible to have a nice shower 3. In the twin bedroom, one of the bed had sheets with some stains 4. The street where the apartment is located has a lot of night bars. So expect some noise at night. Even so the windows have very good noise isolation and you just hear a background noise up to 2AM. Even so, I would stay there again. Now knowing that then simply don't answer to guests and I will not have problems at check-in and have to find another solution to sleep at last minute.
