  : Cleanest, space. Office services
  : To much bread for breakfast. You can add some cheese, eggs or ham and reduce the bread. I will love to have a coffee maker in the room. I think is very important the first impression. The downstairs lobby needs some cleaning and care.

  : Great rooms, good size. Really comfortable beds. Loved breakfast being delivered to your room, fresh from the bakery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

  : Spacious room in a good location. Our room was lovely but the foyer/lobby/entrance way could truly use some spiffing up. You know what is said about first impressions!
  : Breakfast was okay but we would have appreciated being able to get coffee before 8:30. We understand some like to sleep in, but there are also many travellers who would like to get going early. The up side is Il Sole got our business from 6-7. :)

  : The room is located on the 3rd floor of a stoic building that is about a 15 minute walk to the city's main train station, Santa Maria Novella, the tram that takes you to and from the airport, the Montelugo bus terminal (meeting point for some tours) and some of the city's main attractions, thereby making it a great location. The building is on a quiet street and there are places to eat around, plus a mini grocery store. It was quiet during my stay. The room was large with plenty of space to move around. It had a round dining table with 2 chairs, an alcove with a small fridge and on the other side of that alcove, a mirror, some shelves and a place, with hangers, to hang clothing. There were also wall hooks. Although the building itself looks old on the inside and the room was in need of some minor repairs, the room was modern, clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. The location of the building was great. I enjoyed my stay.
  : Whoever did the housekeeping the second time around, moved the things I had in the bathroom from where I had placed them; my shower cap was also on the floor. Inappropriate and unprofessional.

  : Distant from train station, lack of Cafe, etc, uneven corridor surface, room tariff could have been lower for the services offered.
