  : Very kind host which help us with every problem. Clean room and shower with toilet. good location for that price
  : Low ceiling (attic rooms). We should have room for 3 people (because of price- 2 person room cost 120 and 3 person room cost 160 - we paid 160 ). Room was small but ok. Free parking was 10 minutes walking from accomodition in dark park where were broken glasses from car window. Also they stole our car from that parking. It is not problem of accomodition (they were very kind and helpful with poli etc.) they are not responsible for it, just be careful to park on that free parking. We got know it is usual that car there are robbed (not steal) mainly with foreing licence plates. Dont let anything in your car or park in paying parking near by accomodition

  : The room was very comfortable. The location was great, easily accessible from the city center/train station. Unique and beautiful decoration all over the house.
  : The heating wasn't working and it was pretty cold at night when we were staying.

  : We had a warm welcome. The person who welcomed us was super nice and helpful. He showed us the whole place, did our intake and even took us to the free parking spot for our car (which was a 5/10 minute walk, look at the negative part of this review to get some more insight in the parking spot). The room was nice and big enough. There were 2 bikes that were free to borrow, which was really nice. The stay overall was very good. Florence is a really, really nice city! It's quite a long, but nice walk to the city center.
  : We booked an AC room, but didn't get that the first night. The following day we asked the caretaker if we could swap to an AC room and that was fine, so the following nights we slept in the AC room. That was very nice. The price/quality was really good, they should be looking to the booking better though, and give you an AC room in the beginning when you ask for this. Nonetheless, very good and nice stay :) There accommodation promised us a free parking spot, we did get that, but the place where you park your car is quite shady. It used to be a big parking, but they placed a fence, so now it's just a small place where cars are parked. We were lucky to get a parking place, but it didn't really feel safe to leave my car there. And also, a lot of times the place will be full. We did park there for a few days though, and nothing happend to our car. But just good to keep it in mind (I added some pictures to show you how it looked like).
