  : The B&B is located next to the Accademia plaza. We were able to walk to the most of attractions on my list: Train Station, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Bell tower, etc.
  : OK. It was clear that breakfast was not included, although it says B&B. But I expected some basic services like coffee. During our 4 nts stay, they provided (2) coffee pods on our arrival and (3) more on the morning of departure. And there were not many things that worked properly. On the first night, after we got the keys, our door handle (from outside) fell off. We were afraid that we might not be able to open the door. I reported and the lady fixed it the next day. Also, she left us some sweets in the room which was nice. The weather was not too hot or cold but the room was humid. However, there is no AC working in the room so we had to open the window which didn't have any bug screen. Also, I saw a mounted heater in the bathroom which was functional although we didn't have to use it. However, I seriously doubt that the little heater in the bathroom can warm the whole room even if you can tolerate the noise. During our 4-night stay, we only had new towels once (3rd day). With humidity in the room, it was not easy to dry towels to reuse. Oh, there is no shampoo/conditioner. They provided only shower gel. In summary, if you want a good location and do not expect much of services and amenities, this is the place.

  : Location, location, location.
  : We werent able to use the air-con as according to them when the temperature drops it doesnt work. Im sorry but I dont think anyone can tell us if we feel hot or cold. It was 27 degrees outside and of course during the night you could feel all the heat. This is enough reason for us to give the score we gave. We couldnt sleep properly during the three nights we stayed. We needed a proper sleep for the days ahead.

  : That there was no options for after hours arrival- train delayed. Coded entry as already have charge account would be helpful.
