  : Clean and well maintained. Marco, the owner, is great. He was very helpful regarding dining, transportation and trying to see how he could help.

  : First of all, Marco is the best host we have had! He sent us great instructions that saved our time and energy. He met us at the house with a bottle of wine! He prepared a map for us and marked all the sights we should see and recommended his favorite restaurants. We followed all his instructions and we're glad we did it. The room was big, with a balcony. It was perfectly clean..The cleaning lady came every day to make a bed, take the trash away and vacuum the room..We spent 6 nights and didn't want to leave.I had a medicine that needed to be stored in the fridge and Marco let us put it in his private fridge.
  : We would appreciate having a small fridge in the room. Restaurants in Florence are quite expensive and being able to have a light breakfast and late supper in the room would be helpful.Otherwise, everything else was just perfect.
