  : Space - enough for our needs with 2 bedrooms and suitable sitting/dining
  : Check in at 5 means we couldnt ski the first day as we couldnt get changed - even access to ski locker would be great but as the place is in manned during the day it isnt possible WiFi was dreadful - dropped off every five minutes ( no exaggeration) Ski lockers didnt have heating so clothes were Still cold and wet after overnight in the locker

  : Location-perfect, walking distance from the lifts, bars, restaurants-right in the center. Could not be better!!! Ideal for the this town!The kitchen is well equipt, dishes are beautiful and plenty of them for the 8 people.
  : Maybe we were just unlucky-but from the very beginning it was not smooth. The keys we received only around 18, even though they state the check in is from 17. The appartment was FREEZING cold when we got there. The floors were still wet literally with puddles of water (from cleaning) and since the Fossile 01 is on the ground level, the floors are SO FREEZING cold that the watter would not dry. Also, there is no mat by the doors, so when you come back from outside (8 of us), the floors stay wet all the time! Very very unconvenient! And of course always COLD floors! If you stay in this appartment-I highly suggest to bring your own slippers! The bedrooms are tiny! And very very dark. If you like brighter rooms, you will not be happy, since the windows are very small. There is only only two shelfs in the closet (in 3 bedroom appartment only 2 rooms are with closets, third one is so tiny, barely two beds can fit, it is imposible to put even a luggage in that bedroom) and they are so high, that children cannot reach anything from them. The hangers are those of the worse type, like you find in the cheap hotels-when part of the hanger is attached to the railing....One of the bathrooms had very vivid moldew, it has not been cleaned for months... the first floor bathroom was always cold (again, the freezing floor) and the smell of dampiness...The living room for 8 people had one sofa fitting 3 people (the pictures on booking.com showed two sofas), and even though the freezing floors are throughout the whole first floor, not even a small carpet is present in the appartment, so if you have no slippers and you sit on the sofa, you have to put your feet up. To get the the pool and ski rooms from Fossile 01 is a total disaster :). Those doors and passages-even the staff showing us how to get there got confused themselves :). If you choose to stay at CGH in Les Carroz-make sure you get an appartment that is somehow close to the main building and for sure not Fossile 01 :).

  : My children love swimming pool.
  : 1. We are 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children of 5&8 years old, we reserved the room for 4( 1 double bed and 1 canap bed). In fact, they did not prepare the canap bed, we had to ask and they gave us bed sheets and pillowcases then we must do ourselves!!! I could not believe it was a 4 star hotel' service!2.Internet connection has been lost all the time. And we have to login each time we would like to connect. Even if it's connected, it's really bad.3. The receptionist asked me at check-in to pay the tourism tax. But in fact, it is included in the total price that we paid already!!!4. Each time we take the shower, water run over everywhere in the bathroom!!! And we have to clean!!!

  : the location in the town was good. The rooms were peaceful with no noise from other rooms. The spa facilities were excellent
  : We checked out 2 days early and the receptionist insisted I had to pay for 7 days parking which seemed unfair. They also would not let us check in until late in the day because of delays in cleaning the room
