  : The lady who did the breakfast (making sure everything was full and clean) was super friendly and nice, and she struck up conversations with guests to show an interest in them, definitely a plus. The front desk staff was friendly as well. Housekeeping was quick to give us extra needed items when sufficient amount was not in our room.
  : ALERT for pet owners... in the last eight months we have traveled across 12 different states and by far this hotel was the most disappointing to stay at if you are traveling with a pet. Their pet fee was much higher than other states and places we stayed at ($75), they were the only hotel to tack on a pet tax - let alone there were a total of four itemized pet taxes tacked on, on top of their pet fee (yikes!), but they were also the first hotel we stayed at that did not allow you to leave your small (6 pound) pet (let alone any size pet) in the room unattended. So if you want to go swimming at the pool as a family, or get a bite to eat as a family, or go do some attractions together as a family you cannot because your pets aren't allowed at the pool, inside restaurants, or at attractions so one family member needs to stay behind and miss out on family time to stay with your fur baby since they do not allow them to stay in the room unattended. In the 12 states we traveled in recently this was the first, and only, hotel that had this pet policy in place - hence the poor review given to the facility and the reason why we will not stay there again. Oh, and side note... the room configuration was very weird. The entire bathroom (toilet, sink, & shower) and the closet were all behind one sliding door. So if you wanted to get changed/dressed and someone was in the restroom you couldn't, if you wanted to brush your teeth but someone was in the shower you couldn't, so not a very good layout when families need to get ready because only one person at a time can be behind the 'closed door' to what is needed to get ready.

  : Pet friendly, sofa trundle & breakfast were wonderful accommodations for our family.
  : The family room was super cramped. Kids got skin rashes from bedding/sofa after sleeping on sheets/pillows. Pet rooms could be aired out and deep cleaned because our room smelled foul.

  : Nice hotel located close by all the restaurants that you can reach by walking. The Lady on the front desk very very nice!!!!The room was fine with big bathrooms and luggage storage!
