  : Staff was quite helpful! Before we arrived, someone was in contact with us to check arrival times and then also gave us train or cab options for how to get there from another location. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and friendly when we arrived.The room was clean, comfortable, and a good value. The towels was large and nice.It was only 10-15 minutes by shuttle from the airport.Our room overlooked a canal.
  : It was very difficult to find the location. The address is not noticeable, and the front of it does not look like a place to stay. It has no curb-appeal. Their hotel sign is a small sheet on a gated door. It is on a busy street and so trying to read a tiny sign from a moving taxi was difficult. Our taxi driver went around the block 2 times looking for it and we still weren't sure. You have to climb up some steep stairs with luggage to check-in.The breakfast was off-site at Cafe LeMoko. It included only coffee (a tea bag cost extra) and 1 croissant that was leftover from the day before. There was a fly buzzing around and landing on the rolls as we chose one. It would be better for Domus to not include breakfast but instead include the airport shuttle. The airport shuttle was much more useful, but it was 10 euro each person.There was a noticeable, repetitive sound above our heads in the evening until about 11 pm. It started again at 6 am. Sounded like some kind of pump or machine cycling. My husband went out into the lobby and even went outside to see if he could find the source. I used ear plugs.
