  : Location was perfect. In the center of Taormina, but in very quiet street. Very easy to check in. Breakfast was very delicious too. Recommend

  : It took us two hours to find the parking facility. It was like the Krypton Factor! Much better information could have been sent earlier - where to park and wait for further instructions. The town was literally a nightmare for drivers. We didnt know that the apartment was in a resurrected zone. The walk to the accommodation was far more than 500m. No water in fridge. No instructions on how to find or use the shutters, so we had a very illuminated bedroom all night, as exterior lights on. Bedsheets scratchy and warn out. No maps or information given out on where to go and what to see.

  : I was very disappointed by the quality of B&B Casa Vicolo - the room and bathroom were shabby - the grouting in the bathroom needing doing, the walls needed painting, there was an issue with the radiator in the bathroom so the room smelt of drains. There were no facilities (coffee making station etc) There was also food left in the fridge when we arrived. The rooftop terrace and the furniture up there had not been cleaned so again it felt quite dirty. The place did not live up to my expectations Im in the photos. The staff we met were fine (although they did not go above and beyond to help us - for example there was no flexibility on breakfast, even when doing a tour of Mount Etna which I imagine alot if people will want to do) however when I first arrived and had issues with accessing the B&B the man I spoke to on the phone was abrupt and not welcoming at all. You have to pay for parking in one of the local multi storey parking places which was pricey and I didnt feel like there was much information/help on this in advance of our arrival. I wouldnt stay here again.

  : The location in Taormina was great! Room and bathroom cosy and very clean. We appreciated a lot that we could rente a private parking place from the host.

  : Casa al Vicolo is a tidy little guest house located in one of the loveliest towns we've ever been to! The room was small, but very well maintained. The breakfasts served up on the rooftop terrace were the best we had throughout our trip to Italy, with a very attentive and helpful server (I'm sorry to forget his name) who made sure we had everything we needed. We would return each day with picnic lunches to eat on the terrace, as the views were stunningly beautiful, and the surroundings very quiet, away from the bustle of town.
