  : Prior to booking this accommodation we read the reviews and saw that some people had complaints about the staff but thought it would be okay as we were on a budget anyways. We had stayed at this property for one night at the start of our holiday and we thought it was decent enough to stay again at the end of our holiday however, we booked the wrong dates. We went to the desk to try to change the dates but they didnt have any availability for that night. The woman at the desk reassured us that we would get a refund from them through booking.com. However we had a message that night saying they had rejected our request. We tried to reason with the manager and they accused us of being liars. We are two young students who are on a budget so to lose this money in this deceitful way is disappointing. Due to this deceitfulness I would not recommend staying here. This experience therefore sadly aligns with other negative reviews about the staff

  : There was a pool, which was very nice. Every day the lay new towels on the beds at the pool. the room was clean. There was airco which was lovely.
  : The water overflowed the shower when showering. The interior was really outdated. There was no warmth coming from the people working at the hotel, besides the lovely receptionist.

  : My room was old, plug in was not next to bed, was in the middle of the bed, towels are thick as a rug. Shower points to the wall. I had to either change in the bathroom or close the blinds entirely, cause my room was almost in the street. I felt exposed.

  : Great hotel in a great location in Fira. Facilities and rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly and inviting. Lots of parking for hotel guests as well.

  : The location is good.
  : The room which was shown in the picture was not the one we were given when we reached. I requested for single double and they joined two single beds to make it and there was gap in the middle where they put some foam to fill the gap. The mattress was very uncomfortable and hard. We had backache for two days because of it. I requested for water bottles during booking the place and they didnt even gave that. We had breakfast included and still they said there is no breakfast here. The ac wasnt working properly and made noises. The bathroom door doesnt closes properly. The shower was very small and the no place to fix the shower head. The whole bathroom get flooded when you shower. The tap water was too salty to wash face and shower or even brush teeth. There was no cupboard to keep luggage.
