: Great location and view with a responsive and friendly staff.
: The property itself was great, but the baggage transfer service left a lot to be desired. The hotel is located on the side of the hill overlooking the caldera, so the only option is to walk the luggage down from the top and back up again. Thats the same for every hotel in the area, so that itself is not an issue. The issue comes when they dont carry the suitcasesand instead drag them over the cobblestones and bounce and scrape them over the steps and up the hill. We had significant scratches all over our brand new luggage, a broken wheel, and even a cracked case. The amount of damage was simply amazing.

: The apartment is close to restaurants and bars and has a very nice view. The outdoor hot tub is what we liked the most at night. The staff is friendly and accommodated all our needs. I would definitely recommend
: Indoor pool was a little cold, we couldn't really use it (we traveled in April). The bridge was cool but quite noisy when someone walks on it. By mistake we turned off the dehumidifier, and our clothes were wet the morning after, we could have used more attention.
