: Attractive building in a quiet rural location. The bed was comfortable and it was a good overnight stop.
: There's a serious problem with the plumbing: the water either comes out of the shower freezing cold, or boiling hot, changing suddenly without any warning. The hot water scalded my partner's face. A lukewarm greeting ... very perfunctory. There is little sound insulation between the bedrooms so we had an unwanted early wake up call when our neighbours arose early.

: the receptionists were super rude with us, it looks they really dont know how to treat their host and the customer service is really poor. The restaurant is not open during the day, only breakfast and at night. Breakfast was ok.

: Well located in the landscape and a lovely pool. Friendly staff and dog-friendly. We were told that the dog can join us in the restaurant as long she wont disturb other clients.
: We missed the air condition in the very warm night as the fan wasnt enough.

: We were bikepacking from Belgium all the way to a small village near Auch. When we arrived after a long day on the bike, we werent even greeted with a bonjour or asked how our day went. We asked nicely where we could park our bikes and the only words that we received were: over there. We took our bags of our bikes and turned around, but the guy receiving us, already dissapeared. When entering we thought was the enterance, we were shortly brieved what time we could eat. What followed was a moisty uncleaned room with no ventilation. The food was quite expensive for the quality we received.The morning after we wanted to have an early breakfast, but we could only have our breakfast at 8.30am. When arriving at 8.35, doors were still closedAs this wasnt our best spot to stay in the 9-day trip we had, we wanted to leave asap. This was also without any hospitality you would expect from any hotel we were putting our bags back on the bike and the guy from the hotel came to check if we didnt leave without paying the only thing he asked was: All good. Not even asking what the next stop would beWhen all our bags were packed and ready to leave, we went back inside to pay. The lady presented the terminal to pay and didnt bother either about us. She didnt said a word, not even saying goodbye and just answered her phone.This is something we wouldnt recommend at all.
