  : it was close to the Fidenza shopping village
  : we have been travelling through Europe for 8 weeks and this was the worst hotel . the check in is at the Cube hotel across a busy main road and their is no receptionist in the Park hotel. the main glass doors are opened by the room key . every other door and window including the two fire escapes are locked with a special key . the lift and stairs are in the middle of the building so if a fire broke out there would be no escape. if there was an electrical fire the main doors would not open , this is illegal and a disaster waiting to happen. it would be too late to wait for someone to cross a busy main road to bring a key over .Also the heating/ air conditioner is controlled at front desk , we had to keep phoning across to ask them to put it on as it turned off every two hours, they acted like they did us a favour when they increased it 3 degrees!.The room was freezing . The water had to be left running for 20 minutes before it got slightly warm. The shower tray had brown marks in corners and green mould all around the edge. The wooden floor was dirty ,it needed washing as our white socks were dirty from walking on it. Outside they are building another hotel block and the parking was mostly full with lorries, machinery etc.The manager told us there was no problems and did not care about any of the guests safety.the photos are of locked windows and firevescapes
