: The hosts were super accommodating and since my booking was literally a last-second one, I moved lodges mid-way through my stay. The location is simply amazing for anyone who wants to stay away from crowds - it is very, very quiet. It is beautiful, nature and wild life are breathtaking. I believe that it is one of the best romantic spots ever. The lodges are filled with history, it can be felt in every step. The church was closed but the garden around it is very well maintained. You have everything you need to spend the days very well - a small kitchen, a bathroom, a proper sized bedroom. There are swans around, big groups of them, also ducks and loads of wild birds. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. There is a lot to explore around and nearly no humans - the best spot for a quarantine :) My visit was during the corona days, my hosts were super kind and accommodating but also very considerate - keeping the social distance, etc. I cannot recommend it enough, it is a must see!
: I am not sure if this can be improved and at what price but the lodges consist of two apartments with separate entries and since they are old and the floors are wooden you can very clearly hear your neighbours.

: The little house is at a great location in the Frysian fields. A very good location for day trips to the Wadden islands and to discover the area.Our 10 year old slept in a traditional Dutch bedstee,which he really enjoyed. It was also great there were so many toys.
: There wasn't anything we didn't like. We didn't need it now, but it would be nice if there was a little gas stove or fully equipped kitchen.

: The accommodation was very quaint and peaceful. Beautiful view.
: To get the WiFi connection you had to go outside the accommodation.We had dogs with us and other than a very short walk you had to drive in order to take them for a walk. It's not very dog friendly in the whole area, they had to be kept on the lead. There was one place where they could run free and swim half an hour away!
