Princess Art Hotel

: This is a nice hotel at a good location, with very friendly staff. It is possible to park right at the hotel entrance for a short time while checking in and out. Our room was quite large and quiet, facing the courtyard. During our two-week stay in Italy, breakfast here was far the most abundant and manifold with a very wide selection of food and drinks.
: There were some minor issues, like a not working electrical outlet, or the strong sanitizer smell in the bathroom.

: Very helpful staff, good breakfast with possibilty of eating indoors or in the garden, good location. Also very good wifi.
: The centralised air-conditioning was not switched on (October). Weather was in the mid to high twenties centigrade during the afternoon, much cooler at night, and the room was a bit stuffy in the evening. We didnt open the windows overnight because of fear of mosquitoes.

: The room and the decor was good. Walk to centre perfect.
: Surprisingly the coffee was not made to order using a proper machine but instead a self service push button machine that delivered coffee well below normal Italian standards. I can't imagine what the Italian clients thought !

: Very clean, modernized room.Had elevator.Found parking, right on street.Bathroom was exceptional.Short walk to the center of city and historical area.
: It was night of October 1st.The weather had been extraordinarily hot for this time, sunny everyday and still reaching 30C.We had been out to a nice dinner in town, next to the castle. On returning we found our room very hot and stuffy. The room was beautiful, skylights too, but not a window that could be opened. We called down to the front desk. They explained there's a government law whereby the air conditioning must be turned off on October 1st. What were we going to do?I'll say the front desk and management did everything they could to help. They gave us a fan, wasn't enough, they gave us s second, large fan.The only downside, we had to sleep in a rather stuffy room, to the sounds of two fans. The weather was not the hotel's fault.

: The patio was nice and fresh.
: I would not choose a room on ground floor. It was noisy above our room.

Wonderful

: The location is quite good, service is excellent in the hotel, the breakfast was versatile enough to satisfy various tastes. The room was very comfy and quite exquisite at the same time.
: Two things need improvement. 1. The demand to drop to another hotel (round the corner) to get the keys from the room was very disorienting and disappointing!!! 2. I would expect receptionists be more considerate about online questions of the would-be tenants and not rely on automatic feed-back which was annoying and quite useless.
