  : I always like staying at this place! It’s close to exit 262 which has so many things! Dollar store, Sonics, Jack in the Box, Haggens, Grocery Outlet, Pilot gas station, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Subway, DQ....
  : First, I checked in without confirming what kind of room. Lesson learned. It wasn’t what I selected off of Booking.com, but the bed was large enough for the three of us. Secondly, the room was cold all night until a couple hours before we checked out. We tried setting the thermostat, but to no avail, neither of us could get it to rise in temp. Lastly, the refrigerator cleaning process was incomplete: the catch-towel, left to absorb the defrost, was left inside & not wiped out. Couldn’t put our milk inside. Thank you for reading this. I DO appreciate the room, was just unsatisfied this time. Never have been before.

  : location was great.
  : it was dirty. there was dog food under our table. We don't have a dog!! No one was around to help at all . I stood out in lobby for 10 minutes before a person came around.

  : The people hanging out there that are high on drugs. We had notes in the hallway with quarters thrown around saying that they are cyanide quarters and that only fbi can pick them up. Thats scary and it was outside our hotel door. That definitely doesn’t make me feel comfortable about staying there.

  : The warm gas fireplace. Jennifer was sweet and helpful.
  : It seems like my price to book on line never is the same at check in, why is that?One of your security issues you have is that your back door doesn't latch & close properly and is frequently found open and ajar. This leaves an open door for anyone to come in anytime day or night. This same door is also difficult to open with your key.

  : The mattress was very nice. Lots of room for handicap person. Nice shower. Liked the access to the vehicle parking lot for handicap person. Liked the dog friendly room. GREAT personal service.
  : No breakfast because of the Covid-19. TV was difficult to get working and understand how to use. Pillows were terrible. Blinds were badly damaged and curtains needed to be replaced. Outside door lock didn't work. Looked to be broken.
