WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The Daily Resort Fee to be collected at the hotel includes:
- Daily buffet breakfast
- Adult and children's bicycle rentals (exclusions apply)
- Beach chair, umbrella, and wagon rentals
- Select appetizers at Slider's Seaside Grill
- Amelia Island Value Card providing discounts at over 30 local shops, tours, and restaurants
- Access to onsite amenities: Volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, pool, and hot tub
- WiFi access
- Onsite parking

Please note that guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in without a parent or official guardian.

Please kindly note that there is a $75 non-refundable pet fee, per stay. If you have any questions, please contact the property directly.

As of February 1, 2019, we will have the only heated pool in Fernandina Beach.
