  : The location and park itself were perfect
  : There was severe damage to the side of the caravan leaving it unsafe and dangerous for my family. One of the rooms smelt of urine, so we were unable to sleep in that room. It was generally dirty and in need of various things fixing up and a good clean.

  : It was an excellent location to explore the Northumbrian coast but also close enough to enjoy local amenities. The hot tub is pure bonus!!!When we had a query with the host, they couldnt have been any more helpful. Heartily recommended.
  : Could do with slightly more turning space for parking.

  : the area, was quiet and relaxing
  : very outdated. one bedroom smelt like a care home, disgusting. carpets were filthy, curtains were filthy. the step up to the caravan is broken, only realised after my girlfriend fell it was held up by a brick. 1 tea towel, no cloths etc.. would recommend taking your own. hot tub was full of sand on arrival. also before arriving the host did contact to say the front decking was broken due to someone crashing into it. didnt realise how bad it was we had people asking us what happened and laughing about it.

  : Not much except the location.
  : It was filthy!!! I had to deep clean it myself and the hosts response was to send a cleaner almost 24 hours after complaint. He already had our payment so we couldn't just leave. We tried to make the best of it but it was grim. Really really bad smell of damp, plus brown leak on the kitchen floor that the cleaner told us he already knew about but still let us go there. It was very expensive and it was the pits. Also the sofa stank of BO, even though I cleaned it 3 times. The shower head was broken and hit the kids in the head every time they tried to use it. Finally a slug appeared on one of the kids beds the morning of departure. It has a major damp problem! When we asked for our money back he told us we should have just left. Bad host, bad property.

  : Great spacious caravan, very comfy beds, and the hot tub was like having a bath outside! Loved this caravan park as well. The owners bar was great, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming we will be back to see everyone.
  : We loved it despite a few niggles but nothing worth mentioning as nothing stopped is having a great time.

  : The location of the property was lovely and the facilities on site were good too
  : The property was extremely dirty which made the stay not enjoyable and we were unable to relax due to the condition of the lodge. The kitchen and living room were extremely dirty. The hot tub was dirty. The outside furniture was very old and worn and not usable. There was a wet leak stain all over the carpet in the kitchen area, the couch was old worn and not pleasant. There was a spiders nest in the curtain when I drew them one night and realised. I have taken photos of all of the above.
