  : Fantastic location, lovely view, fully equipped, gifts left by owner, lots of good information on the area in the folder from Suffolk Hideaways.
  : No storage in bedroom 2 and the mattresses could have been better. Plus had to move furniture to get 4 around the table to eat.

  : Perfect location, amazing views. The property was very clean and the decor perfect. The owners thought of everything, it was very well equipped.
  : There is only one thing that was a problem to me and and that was the hardness of the beds. I had bad back ache, but I realise that this is personal preference.

  : The location of this property is fabulous. Wonderful views overlooking the pier and sea. It's pretty much centrally located. The apartment is spacious and the light here is great. Everything you could possibly need is provided by the hosts, and all areas are well equipped and smart. There are some good restaurants near by and the beach is about 3 minutes away. More couldn't have been done to make our stay comfortable.

  : It ticked all our boxes, 2 bedrooms, large living area, stunning sea view with a balcony. The accommodation was extremely clean. Would I stay again - yes.
  : Can't think of anything that wouldn't impact on the charges.

  : The single mattresses were very lumpy and not supportive. The ironing board is broken and collapsed while we were using it, which was dangerous.
