  : The reception for handing over the keys was not so easy to find, as we arrived after the official arrival time, the key was left. Unfortunately, the information about the exact holiday home was missing, so we had to enquire by phone first. The accommodation itself is equipped with all the essentials and is very cosy. Since there were 5 of us, one person slept on the sofa in the living room, which is a bit outdated. Our problem with the lack of hot water was taken care of immediately. I would especially like to mention the help of the receptionist, who took care of our concerns in a very friendly and committed way. Thank you very much!
  : The information about arrival times and the location of the accommodation could have been more precise. The houses are very cosy, the hotel on the grounds rather a bit of an acquired taste. The reception could be better signposted.
