  : The staff were not nice or accommodating. The room was dirty. The comforter on the bed had burn holes. There was bed bug dropping on the sheets in the bed. My significant other and I witnessed cock roaches in the room running under the bed. I went to the front desk and asked if I could have a refund and they were not willing to accommodate me. There was alot of drug activity and crime activity going on as well. I did not feel safe walking outside. There were people loitering. This is not s safe place to take your family. I do not recommend going here.

  : I was told I couldn't have visitors and my mother, brother, and step-dad came to visit. I haven't seen them in 9 months. I thought that was rude. Also, I was put out cuz my children were over the age of 10, too many people, and I had too much stuff.

  : The first shift desk clerk was exceptional.
  : We weren't given the room type that we reserved and was not told about the change until the next morning. We requested a maintenance change of the shower head and the maintenance man said that he didn't have any more. We found roaches in our room that was coming up from the shower drain. There was mold and mildew in the shower and shower doors, which could be easily cleaned. The smell of marjuana was strong in the hallway. I even had someone throw a cigarette out of their window which landed on me. The bed made our medical problems worse due to it being shot and feeling the springs poke us. We were also not told about the night club that was just outside of our window. We checked out on Friday morning and it's now Sunday evening and we are still recovering from the bad bed. Oh... Don't be fooled by the pictures. They are very out of date.

  : Noise all night from tow truck towing cars from the hotel parking lot. The breakfast they offered was a loaf of bread. There was burgers on the wall in our room

  : It was close to my family place.
  : The sheets was dirty the couch was a pull-out couch and it looked like he had dog food all in the bottom of it it was just dirty roaches and then on the spread on the other bed I have pictures where there was blood on that bed. Then it was just a whole bunch of homeless people or drug addicts hanging in the back of the the facility and it's like the police stayed out there.

  : I pulled into property pretty sketchy location , I went in and tried to cancel , owner refused . I am in my late 50 's helping a friend who was visually impaired. Did. Not feel safe at this location first in this city. I called Corporate office for a refund as nothing happened. So I will take red roof ins of our hotel stays . We stayed at candle wood suites instead. Deb Barnes
