  : Staff, cleanliness of the room, toilet wouldn’t flush and they didn’t have a plunger, they let me use a toilet in a different room and then accused me of stealing an alarm clock when there wasn’t one in the first place and instead of telling me they charged $164 and the way I was treated was horrible

  : Conveniently located right off of I95.
  : Room was dirty and dingy. Was an older room that didn't match photos online. Maybe other rooms have been updated, but this one hadn't. Small cockroach was in bathroom. Back parking lot had lots of lights out so it didn't feel very secure and parked vehicle up front. No toiletries in bathroom other than a bar of soap. Room doors were incredibly loud and could be heard slamming closed throughout the night. No obvious Covid-19 cleaning protocols or protection measures were observed in the room.

  : The hotel staff  in general is really worst possible manager there is. You have people who offer drugs in the parking lot and trash that stays here. How’s it’s supposed to be safe when the doors barely lock and thereâ

  : Nothing just the location The place need a huge improvement Im so worried hope don’t catch anything because the place doesn’t look that clean , the only reason I stay was because was very tired but never again in a place like that one you should guys have someone from your team inspect this places before you guys do buss whit them your guys name is in the middle of all this , next time prefer to pay more for a better value very disappointed , the breakfast was giving to me a brown bag whit a cookies and bottle of water and orange who wants to eat that type of breakfast at 7 am like that was very very disappointed. And please make sure they dont use the covid as a excuse been other places they take precautions as bioSecurity but not to that point not good at all

  : The only nice thing is the lobby. Nothing else. Oh and the staff was nice enough.
  : Rooms are sad. No tissue in bathroom. Old furniture and fridge. It just looked and felt worn out. The outer access door to my wing was not secure which was scary. All other hotels in area had cars in their lots and when I drove up and this giant hotel had almost empty lots it was a sign of what I was about to see inside. Just yuck. But hey I guess you get what you pay for. It was a cheap last minute booking. Really sub par place. Sorry to say...I haven’t stayed in a place this below average ever.

  : We were placed in the smoking section because we have a dog. The smell of smoke lingered in our room all night. The beds and pillows were way too soft so we found them very uncomfortable. The room was dark, only one light switch for the entrance area and the lamp on the desk was broken so we only had light from the lamp on the night stand. The lady at the front desk wasn't wearing a mask, which I found to be very unusual as we were just traveling from FL and all the employees inside and outside wore masks. It was a disappointing stay to say the least.
