  : The location was good and the stuff was vert nice
  : It is not that clean, the room and the shower towels had bad smell, the bed was noisy because of springs and the room was not so inviting.

  : Location is ok. The first receptionist , a girl with blue eyes was very kind and available, she made us an upgrade and gave us all info.
  : The lady at the pool scolded us for not having a catching cap even thought there was none at the pool. The hotel didnt have bathing cap so they pretend us to use one and they cant even provide one. The pool place should be cleaned and the stuff be more kind otherwise better change job as a smile is the first thing to do.

  : Loved the location, pool & room, everything was clean and nice. Amazing breakfast with a lot of variety. Its close to the centre of Favignana and the best beaches by riding a bike. The reception staff and some waiting staff was very helpful.
  : Some of their staff were nice but few of them were quite grumpy and not particularly helpful.One thing that never happened to me before - during breakfast time, having to queue behind staff members at the coffee machine getting their own coffees. I guess staff members should be allowed to use the coffee machine outside the breakfast time, this time should be a priority for customers. Instead, customers had to queue behind a staff member while getting several coffees made at once.This happened both mornings and few times each morning. In a particular instance, the coffee machine was temporary out of order. As soon as became of order again, my partner ran to get a coffee ( end of breakfast time was approaching) but the staff member was faster so he had to wait behind until she finished to make all the coffees she required.
