Traveller Type:
: Location is great. Right next to the lake. Perfect for ice skating vacation. Cabins had floor heating.
: Toilet paper and garbage bags were limited. For cooking we needed to buy salt and pepper in the store. Things like that could be included. But these complaints are minor if you are prepared. It felt more like a camping trip in a fancy cabin.

Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Lovely location, clean and well-equipped cabins, well planned layout with lots of space.
: The road into the site and the roads within it were in a pretty terrible state, and arriving very late at night in freezing conditions made that difficult to navigate. Also, the message that my keys would be left in a safe box at the reception (and that reception had moved) did not arrive until several hours after I had arrived. which led to a very stressful search in the dark over snow and ice; having been travelling for over 12 hours by then I was very tired. The phone number I was given only reached an answering machine. Signage to the reception could have been improved. Many TV channels were unavailable.
