  : This is a stunning property, with large, luxury rooms. The rooms definitely exceeded our expectations, as the bed was so comfortable, the decor was modern and luxury, and the bathroom facilities were high-end and upgraded. The property itself was also very nice, with an upscale, lodge feel. The restaurant was under renovation, so we did not dine there, but the bar and lounge were top-notch. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the bartender and valet. The location is also perfect, with access to the waterfalls as you step out of the hotel. We hiked all the way down to the river (highly recommend this), and we enjoyed all of it. They also offered us access to a local gym in the village next door (5-7min drive), which was super old-school and awesome. Overall, the cost was high, but it was worth the stay.
  : We were disappointed that the spa facilities cost extra, even with the high price point for our upgraded room, we still had to pay an additional fee to access the spa. Of course, I expected a reservation and fee for services such as massage, but I didn't expect to pay more for access to the soaking pools, sauna and steam room. It was $250 per couple for 1hr of access to these facilities. We were a bit disappointed and opted to skip the spa altogether, because of this. Also, the restaurant menu was high-priced, which swayed us from giving it a chance. Maybe it was a wonderful offering and worth the price, but unfortunately, it was also difficult to get a reservation without advance notice, even though we were guests. Also, breakfast is not included. We dined outside of the hotel for all our meals for that reason, only having a drink and appetizer at the bar in the late evening.

  : Beautiful location! Lovely comfortable hotel with touches of luxury. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the falls. Staff were friendly and helpful - particularly at checkin and Damon, our lovely waiter.
  : Reservations at the temporary Attic restaurant were running behind schedule. We don’t know whether this was exceptional circumstances. Lack of reference to Twin Peaks - our main reason for visiting.

  : - Water in our “hot tub” was barely warm, the technician could not fix it. - Bed Mattress was not good at all;- We couldn’t have a breakfast in the restaurant (the told us to wait 45-60 mins), which is nonsense as usually the residents are in priority to be served.
