  : Very accessible as there was a disable person staying with us we had no issues. Very quiet and relaxing location. Close to muiravonside park and the motorway. Feels like home away from home. Good selection of books, dvd and toys.

  : Location suited us for easy access in various directions to different places and attractions. Enjoyed being on one level and large shower. Had dedicated parking. Quiet and peaceful.

  : Friendly, helpful owners and excellent, accessible, quiet, location. Very warm and powerful shower.
  : Some dishes were not clean. Bathroom needs some TLC as floor tiles were very uneven with sharp edges projecting. Bathroom window did not close properly and so room was draughty.

  : The cottage was clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us. A small utility room with washing machine was a bonus for us. Ours was a winter stay so no opportunity to enjoy the rear south facing garden and seating. The cottage is approximately 2 miles from the nearest railway station (Polmont) and 1 mile from the nearest bus stop in Maddiston so a car is needed unless you are a good walker, although there is a petrol station about a quarter of a mile away that sells the basics like bread and milk etc. There was a nice little welcome pack with bread, butter, milk and eggs. Nearest supermarket 2.5/3 miles away. Good parking at the property.
