  : This was our family moon and wow we had such a good time. The entertainment staff in the hotel are beyond amazing, especially Victor! our little girl loved him. They ha such a variety of things every night. All of the pools in this hotel are lovely and the cold tub for the adults looking over the main pool. The water park is brilliant for children ..... and us adults! My daughter really enjoyed the bubble party. we enjoyed the food mostly the breakfast and lunches always lots of choice and always different pasta dishes which was my daughters favourite.
  : The reception staff were not warm towards us at all. I told them on a few occasions about my daughters birthday and they said they would decorate the room. This never happened and I am s disappointed as some people i know there got there's done. I would of done it myself. requested late check out even for one hour an i asked this on a few occasions and they only told me the morning off it wasn't possible. As we were leaving i couldn't find my purse it was a very stressful time as we were putting everything into the taxi to leave. I asked reception and told my room number was a purse left in and i got told no nothing was. Only to see my purse at the corner on my eye sitting on the desk by the computers. This lack of communication could of cost me a fortune. I had to tell the woman that's it and what was inside. However I should of got a call to say this was behind not just sitting on there desk.

  : Really nice common areas for families - especially the pools and mini waterpark!
  : The place is generally a bit rundown and hasnt been renovated for many years. The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The baby cot provided was very old and broken, so we had to make a setup on normal beds for our kid. We asked to get a new cot, but we never got one.
